The S.T.A.R.S. Self-Sufficiency Program helped families move toward stability, employment, education, housing and long-term self-sufficiency. This year, 139 families were served through the program.
New clients who would like more information about S.T.A.R.S. can call SCAP at (910) 947-5675 and ask to speak with the S.T.A.R.S. case manager for their county.
